World Robot Contest Shandong trials held at Linyi Olympic Sports Park

The Shandong Provincial Trials of the World Robot Contest were hosted at Linyi Olympic Sports Park on July 18 and 19, attracting more than 500 youth teams from cities across Shandong to take part in technological competitions.

As an officially recognized youth science competition included in the national education white list, the contest sets multiple challenge tracks covering robot programming, autonomous navigation and tactical cooperation. Teenage contestants debug self-assembled robots, complete obstacle-breaking tasks and showcase innovative logical thinking and hands-on capabilities on the competition field. Linyi optimized venue layout, intelligent equipment and volunteer service teams to create a fair technological exchange platform for young innovators. The event stimulates teenagers’interest in artificial intelligence and robot technology, cultivating reserve sci-tech talents for Linyi's digital industrial development.
