Linyi launched the "Following Performances to Travel" promotional event at Langya Ancient City on July 27, welcoming cultural officials, industry leaders, and mainstream media from multiple provinces. Structured around immersive sightseeing, thematic promotions, and an official launch ceremony, the three-day event showcases the city's dynamic cultural landscape.

The promotional ceremony took place on July 28 at the Langya Grand Theatre, featuring destination pitches and engaging travel shares. Linyi tourism promotion officer Ren Bingbing introduced specialized performing arts routes to national audiences, spotlighting iconic local productions such as the indoor multi-sensory show Guoxiu Langya and the Yehua Langya light show along the Yihe River.

Attendees also explored historical landmarks like the Wang Xizhi Former Residence and the Museum of Bamboo Slips from Yinqueshan Han Dynasty Tombs.

Leveraging its rich historic, ecological, and commercial advantages, Linyi is accelerating its transformation into a premier "city of performing arts". In the first half of the year alone, it hosted 52 major concerts and music festivals featuring celebrated artists, boasting average attendance rates exceeding 90 percent.

Moving forward, Linyi plans to continuously expand its cultural tourism offerings and deepen regional cooperation to empower high-quality sectoral growth.
