Summer tourism events light up Zuidong scenic area

A series of summer carnival activities featuring cool scenery, music and gourmet food have been fully launched at Zuidong scenic zone, bringing vibrant leisure options for visitors during the hot season.

The scenic spot rolls out diversified summer tourism products including mountain self-driving routes, summer beer festivals, outdoor music parties and water amusement projects. Colorful mountain highways winding through hills have become popular photography spots for tourists.

Multiple featured events are arranged successively: the Tan State Ancient City Beer & Music Festival, cross-industry strategic cooperation events between Mengshan Scenic Area and purified water brands, and mountain homestay discount packages for family travelers.

Night performances, drone light shows and outdoor stage galas run every evening, extending tourists’stay time and activating local night consumption. The integrated model of landscape sightseeing, catering and evening entertainment drives growth of rural homestays and characteristic agricultural sales across surrounding villages.
