Travel agents from Incheon carry out in-depth inspection tour of Linyi cultural tourism

The second delegation of travel agencies from Incheon, South Korea completed a four-day in-depth inspection tour of Linyi's cultural tourism resources from July 25 to 28, pushing forward win-win cooperation among commerce, culture and tourism industries of the two regions.

Organized by Linyi Culture and Tourism Group and Shanhua International Trade Co., Ltd., the inspection group covered core scenic spots including Langya Ancient City, Wang Xizhi Former Residence, Yimeng Mountain tourist zones, underground cave landscapes, Zhuchun Village and hot spring resorts, as well as Linyi Trade City international exhibition venues.

During field visits, Korean travel operators experienced immersive street performances, red research routes, natural mountain and river scenery and characteristic rural homestays. They held in-depth exchanges with local tourism operators over route design, group tour pricing, cross-border transportation and joint promotion plans.

Linyi boasts profound calligraphy culture, rich red revolutionary resources and distinctive rural folk customs, matching the leisure travel demands of South Korean visitors. Both sides reached preliminary intentions to launch exclusive cross-border tourist routes, carry out joint online promotion and organize mutual exchange visits for tourism practitioners.

Relying on convenient maritime passenger transport lines between Shandong and the Korean Peninsula, Linyi will further expand inbound tourism markets in South Korea, build stable long-term cooperative ties with Incheon travel agencies and realize two-way flow of tourists and cultural resources.
