Linyi Chengfa International Talent signs strategic cooperation with CNHKRI

Linyi Chengfa International Talent Cooperation Co., Ltd. signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation framework agreement with Chinese Hong Kong Research Institute (CNHKRI) to deepen cross-border talent exchange and industrial research transformation.

The two sides reached consensus on four core cooperation sectors: global high-end talent introduction, joint industry research labs, cross-border academic exchange programs and industrial achievement commercialization. CNHKRI delivers international think tank resources, overseas expert pools and cross-border research platforms; Linyi Chengfa relies on local industrial chains and municipal talent policies to match landing channels for research outcomes.

Cooperation mechanisms include regular expert exchange visits, joint university training courses and overseas talent recruitment roadshows held jointly in Hong Kong and Southeast Asian regions. A joint innovation center will be set up in Linyi to connect Hong Kong's academic advantages with Linyi's manufacturing and cross-border trade industries.

The pact accelerates two-way flow of high-end talents and research achievements between Linyi and Hong Kong, supporting the city's industrial upgrading and international business expansion under the 15th Five-Year Plan development layout.
