Immersive red study‑tour activities normalize to pass down Yimeng spirit among youth in Linyi

Linyi has normalized its immersive red study‑tour programme themed Pass Yimeng Spirit from Generation to Generation. Groups of teenagers travel across revolutionary sites, memorial halls and old‑revolutionary‑base villages for on‑site experiential learning, tempering youthful faith through first‑hand contact with red history.

The study‑tour routes cover landmark red venues including Yimeng Revolutionary Memorial Hall, the Hometown of Red Sisters, Menglianggu Campaign Memorial Hall and Daqingshan Break‑out Memorial Hall. During field visits, young participants listen to live narrations of revolutionary stories, take part in themed oath‑taking ceremonies, watch red theatrical performances and complete hand‑copied posters and reflection essays after returning to school.

Instead of textbook‑only classroom teaching, the programme moves ideological education outdoors onto real‑world revolutionary sites.
