Linyi Business School cheerleading team shines at national league

The cheerleading club of Linyi Business School in Linyi, East China's Shandong province, won first place in the third set of the campus cheerleading demonstration routine and second place in the group free dance, both in the open youth A category, at the 2026 National Cheerleading League held in Tengzhou, Shandong, from Oct 30 to Nov 1.

The league was hosted by the gymnastics management center of the General Administration of Sport of China and the Chinese Trampoline and Acrobatics Association, drawing teams from across the country.

During preparation, the club members balanced coursework with training, making full use of spare time and weekends. Under the guidance of their coaches, they refined movements, physical strength, rhythm, formation changes and teamwork, laying a solid foundation for their performance on stage.

The school said it will continue to develop student clubs and integrate sports and aesthetic education, offering more competition platforms so that students can build stronger bodies and character through sport.
