Luozhuang district, located in the south of Linyi, Shandong province, spans 500 square kilometers and is home to a population of 680,000. Comprising five sub-districts, three towns, and one provincial-level development zone, it is a major industrial center, a pioneer in reform and opening-up, and a hub for specialized service industries in the city.

Recognized as a center of industry and innovation, Luozhuang has earned a raft of coveted accolades, such as the County (District) with Greatest Potential for Innovation-driven Development in China.

Strategically positioned between the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Yangtze River Delta economic circles, Luozhuang is a crucial transportation hub in the southern part of Shandong. The district is also a thriving market center, engaging in trade in ceramics, automobiles, and agricultural products with a yearly sales revenue of 60 billion yuan ($8.76 billion).
