Linyi Trade City shines as China-Africa economic hub in Angola

The 2025 Linyi Trade City Quality Products (Angola) Expo features more than 400 enterprises presenting thousands of quality products. 

FINI 2025 began on July 4 at Angola's Shopping Popular, drawing more than 500 political and business leaders, diplomats, media representatives, and Chinese entrepreneurs to celebrate the event's grand opening. Key figures included Mara Quiosa, vice-president of the People's Movement for the Liberation of Angola; Carlos Alberto Gregorio dos Santos, Angola's minister of Public Works, Urbanism, and Housing; Claudinete Fragoso de Almeida, mayor of Camama; and Zhang Bin, Chinese ambassador to Angola.

Minister dos Santos praised the expo's crucial role in boosting Angola's trade and industrial growth, pledging strong government support for its future success. Ambassador Zhang highlighted the participation of nearly 200 Linyi enterprises, emphasizing the expo's importance in deepening China-Angola economic cooperation and encouraging more Chinese investment across diverse sectors.

Representatives from China and Angola cut the ribbon at the opening ceremony of FINI 2025. 

A highlight of FINI 2025 was the 2025 Linyi Trade City Quality Products (Angola) Expo, which brought together over 400 enterprises displaying thousands of quality products. The event fostered a complete industrial value chain network linking Chinese, Angolan, and international businesses, and attracted professional buyers from Angola, Portugal, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Zambia.

Additionally, a real estate summit was held with the theme of urban transformation and global opportunities. Experts discussed how Angola's rapid urbanization and economic diversification position real estate as a core driver of growth, improving livelihoods and fostering international collaboration.
