Yu shengtao leads investment‑promotion tour to Greater Bay Area

From September 1 to 3, Yu Shengtao, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Linyi Municipal Committee and Mayor, headed a delegation on an investment‑promotion trip across Shenzhen, Huizhou and Guangzhou in the Guangdong‑Hong Kong‑Macao Greater Bay Area, to seek industrial‑cooperation opportunities for Linyi’s high‑quality development.

The delegation paid field visits to key enterprises covering e‑sports and cultural media, agricultural science‑and‑technology, cold‑chain logistics and other strategic sectors, including Baiyi (Shenzhen) E‑sports Culture Media Co., Ltd., Guangdong Zhongxun Agri‑science Co., Ltd. and Yuhu Cold‑Chain (China) Co., Ltd.

During in‑depth meetings with corporate executives, Yu Shengtao briefed business leaders on Linyi’s resource endowments, complete industrial chains, strengths of Linyi Trade City, logistics advantages and improved business environment. He listened to corporate plans for technological innovation, production expansion and market layout, and exchanged ideas on potential joint projects.

At the Linyi Municipal Government Liaison Office in Guangdong, the delegation conducted on‑site research. Yu stressed that the liaison institution should function as a bridgehead for investment attraction and a liaison hub for external cooperation.

At present, Linyi is striving to build a provincial sub‑center and march toward a trillion‑yuan‑GDP city. Great development space exists in signature industrial‑chain upgrading, digital and international transformation of Linyi Trade City, and integrated culture‑tourism growth. The mayor extended sincere invitations to Greater‑Bay‑Area enterprises to carry out reciprocal visits and invest in Linyi. The city will provide whole‑cycle high‑quality services to facilitate project landing.
