Linyi holds foreign affairs meeting to deepen friendly cooperation with multiple countries

On the afternoon of May 27, Zhang Baoliang, Secretary of the Linyi Municipal Party Committee, met with a foreign delegation at the sub-venue of Linyi for the 7th China-CEEC Local Leaders' Meeting and the 2026 Shandong International Friendship Cities Cooperation and Exchange Week. The delegation was led by foreign officials including Savvas Koulouris, Deputy Regional Governor of Ionian Islands Region in Greece, Sakeev Berek, First Deputy Governor of Chuy Region in Kyrgyzstan, and Battsuren Munkhdalai, Deputy Governor of Orkhon Province in Mongolia. The meeting built a sound communication bridge between Linyi and relevant regional authorities of Greece, Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia, further advancing international exchanges at the local level. It lays a solid foundation for pragmatic cooperation in economy, trade, friendly city construction and other fields, and bolsters Linyi’s high-level opening-up and foreign cooperation.
