Linyi Water Group improves public water supply via work style upgrading

Linyi Water Group deepens work style capacity improvement campaigns to strengthen water supply responsibility and lift public service quality.

The group formulated a special implementation plan with 18 detailed tasks under closed-loop management, establishing weekly scheduling, monthly summary and quarterly research mechanisms to track project progress. It built a multi-level learning system combining theoretical study, professional training on water engineering, water quality testing and industry laws, with 40 collective learning sessions and 28 exchange seminars held so far.

Talent cultivation mechanisms including youth trainee programs and mentor-apprentice pairing were launched to foster young technical backbones. For public services, the group pushed forward key water pipeline projects including water supply extensions for public hospitals and schools, and completed household water meter renovations for 11 old residential communities covering more than 3,300 households. Staff teams visited communities to resolve over 10,000 public water-related issues, with 100% response, completion and satisfaction rates for public demands.

Going forward, the group will translate work style improvements into practical water supply services, safeguard urban water safety and support Linyi's high-quality economic development with solid infrastructure.
