Continuous heavy rains triggered multiple hidden dangers on rural roads in Yinan County. Public security police launched round-the-clock flood prevention patrols in mountain villages such as Sansangou Village, Tongjing Town.

Police officers conducted full inspections on river crossings, submerged bridges and low-lying road sections, installing warning signs and safety barricades at all risk points. They persuaded villagers to detour safely and recorded real-time water level changes for emergency command scheduling. Patrol teams maintained daily on-site duty during the rainy period to respond to sudden waterlogging risks at the first time.

Frontline flood patrols build a solid safety defense for rural residents. The rapid emergency response mechanism effectively avoids traffic accidents caused by summer flood waterlogging.
