Five tax staff deliver quality services for 8,300 taxpayers in Lingang

A five-member Party branch of the tax service hall in Lingang Economic Development Zone provides full-cycle tax services for more than 8,300 local taxpayers, interpreting the Yimeng Spirit through grassroots dedication.

Lingang hosts two landmark industrial chains of high-end stainless steel and new energy vehicles, bringing surging demand for diversified tax support. In 2025, the small team handled 1,180 12345 hotline tickets and 3,913 tax consultation calls, achieving a 100% taxpayer satisfaction rate and ranking first across Linyi’s tax system in completion and satisfaction indexes.

The branch sets up Party member pioneer posts and provides extended working hours for urgent business. Staff voluntarily work overtime to resolve overdue declaration and credit restoration issues for enterprises. They also produce 79 visualized operation videos, deliver door-to-door policy lectures and conduct over 2,000 enterprise visits to resolve practical operational difficulties.

The grassroots team has won honors including Advanced Primary Party Organization of Lingang District and Linyi City, proving high-quality tax services optimize the local business environment.
