Linyi speeds up green factory construction for low-carbon manufacturing

Linyi advances the development of a complete green manufacturing system by promoting green factory construction and energy-saving technical transformation across traditional industries.

Municipal industrial authorities prioritize low-carbon upgrading of steel, textile and furniture industrial chains, supporting enterprises to renovate energy-intensive production lines and adopt circular resource utilization models.

A three-tier cultivation system covering municipal, provincial and national green manufacturing entities has taken shape. Up to 208 green factories and industrial parks at all levels have been cultivated in the city, including 37 national-level green factories.

Green manufacturing acts as a key green growth engine for Linyi's high-quality industrial development, balancing industrial expansion with carbon emission reduction targets.
