Junan moves government service frontlines closer to residents

Since launching education on correct performance concepts, Junan County has pushed public service outlets forward to better secure people's livelihoods, focusing on employment and social security services.

Facing overlapping graduation and job-hunting seasons, the county moves recruitment fairs, career counseling and policy lectures directly to factory workshops, village squares and township markets to remove barriers for job seekers and enterprises.

This year, Junan has hosted 16 offline job fairs, connecting 160 local firms with over 7,000 vacant posts. The county has issued 153 guaranteed entrepreneurship loans totaling 68.789 million yuan, supporting 153 startups and creating 540 extra jobs via entrepreneurship-driven employment.

A special working group offers one-stop support for labor shortages of key manufacturing enterprises, carrying targeted short-term vocational training to fill workforce gaps. Free skill training is regularly provided for unemployed residents, migrant workers and college graduates.

Junan optimizes digital social security services with 40 instant social security card outlets forming a 15-minute service circle, enabling instant replacement and renewal of social security cards to cut waiting time for residents.
