Linshu optimizes duty system to improve civil servant performance

As part of the Cadre Work-Style and Capacity Improvement Campaign, Linshu County standardizes duty division and post responsibility systems to push civil servants to deliver solid livelihood services.

The county sorts out all administrative, village-level and industrial development duties, compiling clear post responsibility lists for every cadre to clarify work boundaries, assessment standards and mass service targets. Regular special inspections and mutual evaluation activities are held to check duty implementation results.

Cadres are required to sink to villages, enterprises and communities to resolve residents’practical difficulties on site. The standardized responsibility mechanism transforms vague work arrangements into quantifiable assessment indicators, boosting grassroots work efficiency and optimizing the county's governance capacity.
