Yu Shengtao inspects closing‑ceremony preparation work for the 26th Shandong Province Sports Games

Yu Shengtao, Deputy Secretary of Linyi Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, conducted an on‑site inspection of preparation progress for the closing ceremony of The 26th Shandong Province Sports Games.

The closing ceremony will be held at the gymnasium of Linyi Olympic Sports Park on September 5. Yu Shengtao inspected venue layout, stage construction, sound‑light‑electric equipment debugging, security‑control arrangements and volunteer‑service deployment at the site.

He stressed that all relevant departments should maintain a rigorous attitude, polish every detail of closing‑ceremony performances, security guarantee, reception work and on‑site organization. Full attention must be paid to risk prevention and control for mass‑gathering activities, with emergency response plans well‑prepared.

All participating units should strengthen coordination and form joint working force, ensuring a simple, safe, splendid and distinctive closing ceremony for the Games. Meanwhile, the city shall make good use of post‑event stadium‑venue resources to boost local fitness undertakings and sports‑industry development.
