Luozhuang boosts business efficiency via one-stop driving school registration reform

Luozhuang District has fully launched the integrated "one-stop service" reform for driving school establishment, optimizing approval procedures, cutting institutional red tape and continuously optimizing the regional business environment.

Prior to the reform, applicants were required to submit materials repeatedly to multiple departments for coach site registration and business filing. Now, five related administrative items have been integrated into a single service package. With dedicated offline service windows and exclusive online application channels on the Shandong Government Service Network, enterprise on-site visits have been reduced from two times to one.

Supported by cross-department data sharing, the number of application documents has been slashed from 35 to 8, realizing a 77% reduction in procedural materials. Professional government assistants provide pre-application guidance and one-on-one customized door-to-door consulting services for complex projects. After approval, licensing information is automatically shared with transportation authorities to strengthen in-process and post-process supervision.

Moving forward, Luozhuang District will continue to expand the application scenarios of integrated "one-thing-one-service" reforms, upgrade government services to be smarter, more efficient and people-oriented, and empower high-quality regional economic and social development.
