Jinqueshan Subdistrict, Lanshan District, has further optimized grassroots grid governance by integrating community governance specialists, auxiliary police, legal consultants and volunteer teams, delivering refined livelihood services and resolving grassroots disputes at residents’ doorsteps.
Grid staff's job responsibilities and contact information are fully public online and offline. Targeted differentiated services are provided for different community areas: elderly care services and anti-fraud popularization for old residential communities, safety and legal inspections for street shops, and mediation of property, rental and decoration disputes for new residential compounds.

In a recent practice, grid workers and auxiliary police successfully mediated a rent refund dispute between tenants and homeowners within half an hour, effectively resolving grassroots conflicts on the spot. The subdistrict has normalized daily inspections and weekly work judgment mechanisms to continuously improve governance efficiency, realizing the goal of solving minor issues within grids and eliminating conflicts at the grassroots level.
