Luozhuang nurtures young talents to fuel rural industrial revitalization in Linyi

Luozhuang District of Linyi City has innovated a targeted industrial chain talent training model to cultivate outstanding young talents for rural vitalization. Aligning organizational coverage with industrial layout, the district has built youth service platforms in key industrial parks and leading agricultural enterprises, establishing a linkage and mentoring mechanism to unite returning young entrepreneurs. 

To address core difficulties in youth entrepreneurship, it has launched special night schools for rural vitalization, exclusive low-interest financial products, and a full-chain service system covering incubation, competition empowerment and mentor guidance. A complete talent cultivation mechanism has been improved for talent reserve, entrepreneurship support, dynamic management and grassroots training. 

A large number of returning young talents have started businesses along industrial chains and driven local development, becoming a vital youthful force for high-quality industrial and rural development.
