Linshu launches legal steward service to boost industrial development

Linshu County of Linyi has rolled out the "Chain Legal Steward" service mechanism to optimize the business environment and escort industrial upgrading. Corresponding professional legal service teams are set up for six key industrial chains including equipment manufacturing and new energy materials, providing customized service lists.

The county builds a rapid response mechanism with service stations at core enterprises, responding to corporate demands within 24 hours. Regular legal physical examinations, legal lectures and risk investigations are carried out for enterprises. Up to now, the teams have offered dozens of legal consultations, revised numerous contracts and resolved over 60 enterprise-related disputes.

Professional legal services are an important guarantee for high-quality industrial development. Linyi will promote the replication of this service model across the city, strengthen the rule of law construction in the business field, effectively defuse operational risks for enterprises, and create a stable, fair and predictable business atmosphere.
