Guided by the correct view of political performance, Luozhuang District Federation of Trade Unions constructs 22 provincial-level model service stations in major logistics parks across the district, setting exclusive rest and service hubs for frontline logistics practitioners.
All stations are fully equipped with rest lounges, drinking water supply, charging piles, first-aid kits and temporary dining areas. The trade union regularly delivers free medical consultation, haircut, legal consultation and festival condolence services for truck drivers and warehouse staff. The service frontlines are built close to industrial clusters to solve workers’daily living troubles nearby.
The warm stations shorten the distance between trade union organizations and grassroots employees. They improve logistics workers’sense of belonging and happiness, and serve as vivid practice of people-centered governance in Linyi's industrial zones.
