Lanshan launches enterprise-village joint summer care service for children

To solve parents’summer childcare difficulties, Zaoyuan Town of Lanshan District innovates an "enterprise plus village" public welfare summer care model supported by New Era Civilization Practice Stations.

A local new material firm runs free "Happy School" full-time care classes covering homework tutoring, foreign language interest courses, intangible heritage handcraft and research trips, with free balanced meals provided every day. Villages also open public care classes led by volunteer teachers and college students. The integrated model saves about 80,000 yuan of living expenses for local families this year. The town arranges weekend reading and parent-child handcraft activities to enrich children's holiday life all year round.

The enterprise-village co-governance care mechanism delivers people-centered livelihood services. It relieves working families’pressure and builds warm grassroots public service brands across Linyi.
