2026 Qingdao Beer Festival kicks off in Yishui

The 10-day "Blossoms Along the Road, Taste of Yishui" 2026 Qingdao Beer Food Festival officially launched on August 3 at Sanqiao Tourism Zone, Yishui County, creating an all-round summer feast combining food, performance and technological light shows.

Co-hosted by Yishui Urban Development Investment Group, Sanzhong Real Estate and other local enterprises, and co-organized by Qingdao Beer Shandong Xinyinmai Branch, the event focuses on showcasing Yishui's characteristic catering culture and stimulating domestic consumption.

Food stalls cover the whole beach area, featuring signature local braised chicken, traditional pickles, hand-made pastries and specialty sauce products. A book market is arranged among food stalls to blend culinary charm with literary atmosphere. Every evening, live singing shows, interactive games and beer competitions keep the venue bustling.

The grand drone light show staged after sunset draws thousands of spectators. Drones weave vivid patterns themed on local culture and industrial development above the Yi River, winning constant cheers and applause from the crowd.

As a time-honored revolutionary base and major food manufacturing county, Yishui has formed a "2+4" industrial layout led by fine chemical and bio-manufacturing, supported by health food, intelligent equipment, textile and new material industries. The festival serves as a window to display the county's industrial strength and urban vitality, attracting tourists from surrounding regions to experience authentic Yimui summer flavors.
