Linyi Trade City is pursuing an internationalization strategy to boost its economy, with a focus on expanding into South Korea, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and Africa.
In the first half of 2026, Linyi Trade City hosted 202 overseas exhibitions and trade talks, dispatching 723 enterprise delegations across 54 countries in 17 regions (such as Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, and West Africa) to pursue trade partnerships and market expansion.
Lanhua Group held its second high-quality products exhibition in Malaysia, bringing together 160 hardware, home furnishing, and wood companies. The event generated 60 million yuan ($8.8 million) in on-site transactions and secured intended orders worth more than 100 million yuan. Domestically, Linyi welcomed 32,000 international buyers from over 70 countries and regions during the same period, marking a 52 percent year-on-year surge in inbound trade traffic.
Simultaneously, the trade hub accelerated the development of its global logistics networks by fostering 88 international highway transport enterprises and registering 274 TIR transport vehicles, which completed 1,323 trips in the first half of the year.
Shandong Linmanou International Logistics Co Ltd operates over 30 international freight lines across five countries, including Russia and Uzbekistan. With a fleet of 140 TIR vehicles ranking in the national top three, alongside the newly launched "9610 cross-border e-commerce TIR route", Linyi has firmly secured its place as a leading domestic TIR logistics provider, establishing a strong foundation for global expansion.
