Community‑partner mechanism boosts grassroots governance in Jinqueshan sub‑district, Lanshan

Under the “Cadre Work‑Style and Capacity Improvement Year” campaign, Jinqueshan Sub‑district of Lanshan District rolled out the innovative “Jinque governance partner” program to build a co‑construction, co‑governance and shared‑benefit grassroots‑governance pattern.

Launched in June 2026, the initiative invites seven categories of entities including government institutions, schools, hospitals, property‑management companies, merchants and social‑service organizations to join community‑governance work. Up to now, 440 entities across all 21 communities of the sub‑district have become governance partners.

A regular working system of “monthly communication and quarterly joint meetings” has been established. Partners give full play to their own strengths to organize free‑medical‑consultation fairs, policy‑popularization sessions, volunteer services and community‑facility renovation projects. More than 120 livelihood‑related practical tasks have been completed for residents.

By mobilizing diverse social forces to participate in neighborhood affairs, the mechanism eases pressure on grassroots community committees. It improves public‑service accessibility and creates harmonious living environments for local residents.
