Linyi has built a unified artificial‑intelligence public service platform, forming a solid local AI infrastructure featuring abundant computing resources, aggregated large‑scale models and professional expert support teams. The “AI base” opens affordable intelligent‑technology access for small‑and‑medium enterprises and fuels digital upgrading across local key industrial chains.

The platform operates a “computing‑power supermarket” that integrates diversified computing resources, supporting hardware from NVIDIA and Huawei Ascend series. Enterprises can apply for computing capacity on demand, pay according to actual usage, and cut heavy upfront investment in self‑built servers. Up to now, 24.894 petaflops of intelligent computing resources have been provided for government departments and industrial entities covering urban administration, human‑resources services, transportation and the 12345 citizen‑service hotline.

A “model factory” has deployed more than 30 general‑purpose and vertical industrial large models including DeepSeek, Qwen and Jinkai. It delivers full‑stack services ranging from model selection, fine‑tuning, training to on‑site deployment, with total model‑call volume reaching 66,000 times during trial operation. The built‑in “Yixiaozhi” AI assistant integrates intelligent Q&A, image recognition and digital‑human capabilities for ready‑to‑use scenarios

Backed by expert think‑tank resources, the city rolled out the “AI‑empower‑thousands‑of‑industries” spring‑action. More than 80 local enterprises have enjoyed three‑month free trials of computing‑power, model‑access and technical‑consulting services. Thirty‑five demonstrative AI application scenarios have been cultivated in eight priority fields including government services, social governance, commerce‑logistics and manufacturing industry.

Multiple landmark cases have taken shape. Lu’nant Pharmaceutical built its “Lunan Zhiqing” model platform for pharmaceutical R&D, shortening new‑compound discovery cycles and slashing research costs. The Jinkai financial large‑model, independently developed by Linyi Data Group, has obtained national regulatory filing for generative‑AI services, supporting risk assessment and industrial‑financial services for local real‑economy entities.

Linyi will keep optimizing the AI public‑service ecosystem, expand scenario‑oriented pilot projects and lower application thresholds, enabling artificial intelligence to become a standard tool for industrial transformation rather than exclusive capability for a small number of large corporations.
