The Linyi International Land Port hub center launched its investment promotion campaign on Oct 27 at the customs supervision site in Linyi International Land Port, East China's Shandong province, drawing about 200 participants including provincial state-owned enterprises, overseas warehouse operators from six global trade zones, consolidators from Yiwu and major ports, and foreign trade companies.
The project, located in the Jitie Lancheng international logistics park, covers a planned area of 250,000 square meters in two phases. The first phase will build operating pilots combining groupage, consolidation and international logistics across six global trade zones, with two pilot consolidation lines: Yantai-Linyi-Yiwu and Linyi-Khorgos-Russia-speaking regions. The second phase will extend to domestic industrial belt consolidation, sea-land port coordination, bulk import delivery and comprehensive services, linking groupage warehouses, consolidation warehouses, port warehouses and overseas warehouses.
Once completed, the hub will use Linyi's road, rail, sea and air multimodal links to coordinate with the coastal ports of Qingdao, Yantai and Rizhao, integrate ocean shipping, China-Europe freight trains and TIR road transport, and provide integrated port, customs and shipping services — positioning itself as the core gateway for Linyi Trade City's overseas expansion and an international commodity distribution center.
