Linyi municipal committee holds forum on integrated cultural tourism development

A special consultation forum themed creating integrated cultural tourism scenarios and boosting consumption vitality was convened by Linyi Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference on July 8.

Participants discussed key development directions including immersive performance brands, nighttime consumption clusters, online cultural communication and inbound tourist expansion. The forum proposed taking the "1+7" cultural tourism layout as the core to dig out distinctive Linyi cultural labels and promote coordinated growth of related industries. Officials stressed building cultural tourism into pillar and livelihood industries under the brand "Hospitalable Shandong, Warm Yimeng".

The forum pools cross-industry wisdom for Linyi's cultural tourism upgrading. It converts abundant local cultural resources into market competitiveness and offers clear guidance for the high-quality development of the city's cultural tourism sector.
