Mengyin launches one-stop joint inspection to reduce burden on enterprises

Mengyin County rolled out the "comprehensive one-time inspection" reform to standardize cross-departmental law enforcement and resolve repeated supervision troubles for market entities.

The county relies on the Shandong Law Enforcement digital platform to integrate inspection items of market supervision, ecological environment and emergency departments. A fixed monthly joint inspection date is set, and a QR code recording system is implemented for all enterprise visits. Four-level classified supervision (A/B/C/D) is carried out: low-risk A-level enterprises enjoy undisturbed smart supervision, while high-risk D-level enterprises receive strict targeted inspections. Dynamic enterprise rating adjustment and flexible law enforcement policies reduce fines by over 2.8 million yuan this year, effectively cutting enterprises’reception workload.

The innovative integrated supervision model balances strict regulation and enterprise support. It optimizes Mengyin's business environment and provides a replicable law enforcement reform experience for counties in Linyi.
