Linyi International Expo Center delivered a stellar performance in the first half of 2026, hosting 32 exhibitions and events that served a total of 6,073 enterprises and welcomed 355,800 visitors. The events generated over 8.5 billion yuan ($1.23 billion) in transaction volume while maintaining an immaculate record of zero safety incidents and major complaints.

Moving beyond traditional event hosting, the center broke new ground in June by establishing a professional trade team. Leveraging Linyi Trade City's robust industrial foundation, the team ventured into international and bulk commodity trade, swiftly achieving over 80 million yuan in trade volume within two months.

Despite initial challenges in talent acquisition and risk management, the center rapidly cultivated specialized professionals and instituted strict customer screening protocols.

Looking ahead, the center aims for a 45-million-yuan bulk trade target in the third quarter as operations transition from exploratory trials to the large-scale growth.

By seamlessly integrating its core exhibition business with diversified commodity trade, the center has created a powerful, mutually reinforcing loop. Exceptional trade networks attract more industrial exhibitions, while vibrant expos continuously supply quality clients for international commerce, further solidifying Linyi's reputation as a premier regional hub for global trade and exhibitions.
