Zhang Baoliang leads investment promotion tour to Shaanxi and Shanxi provinces

Zhang Baoliang, Secretary of the CPC Linyi Municipal Committee, headed a delegation on an investment promotion and industrial research trip to Shaanxi and Shanxi to expand cross-regional industrial cooperation and attract high-quality projects for Linyi's landmark industrial chains.

During the tour, the delegation visited leading manufacturing, new energy and fine chemical enterprises, industrial research institutes and key industrial parks in the two provinces. Zhang held in-depth dialogues with enterprise executives and local government officials on industrial matching, technology transformation and investment settlement.

He introduced Linyi's industrial foundation featuring 13 landmark industrial chains, complete logistics supply chain and sound business environment. Linyi focuses on high-end steel, construction machinery, food processing and cross-border trade, with strong supporting capacity for upstream and downstream enterprises from Shaanxi and Shanxi.

Multiple intentional cooperation projects covering new energy equipment, fine chemical raw materials and intelligent manufacturing were reached on site. The two sides agreed to establish regular exchange mechanisms for chain enterprises, carry out resource docking and talent mutual training.

The trip aims to break geographical boundaries, introduce advanced industrial resources from central and north China, supplement weak links of Linyi's industrial layout and inject new momentum into industrial upgrading in the start year of the 15th Five-Year Plan. Linyi will follow up each intentional project to accelerate formal signing and construction progress.
