Sucun town in Yinan county, Linyi, has been moving its services forward and sending staff down to enterprises to address problems in production and operation, adopting a practical approach featuring proactive outreach, dedicated task forces and time-bound processing.

Members of these teams regularly visit workshops and plants to learn about real conditions and needs, and provide agency services in project approval, document preparation and applications to higher-level authorities. The town has fully implemented one-window acceptance, one-network processing and one-stop approval, streamlining procedures and bringing preferential policies directly to production lines.

The town has also set up a dynamic management ledger for enterprise requests, bringing frequently raised matters such as license processing, factor supply, recruitment and financing into the scope of routine support. A closed-loop process of collection, assignment, reply and follow-up visit ensures that progress and results are communicated to enterprises promptly and satisfaction is tracked.

A town official said Sucun will continue to deepen full life-cycle services for enterprises, target the pain points constraining their development, and ensure that policies benefiting businesses take effect, providing solid support for high-quality economic and social development.
