Foreign merchants and overseas enterprises previously faced scattered departments, redundant materials and long approval waiting periods when handling investment registration in Linyi. The International Trade Service Hall optimizes cross-border administrative procedures via integrated "one event" reform.
The hall gathers 15 functional departments covering foreign investment, employment and residence services, streamlining 22 original application documents into 12 and cutting approval time from 35 to 10 working days. An Egyptian entrepreneur completed foreign company registration within half an hour after the reform launched. Over 15,500 service cases have been handled since trial operation, greatly lowering time costs for overseas merchants to settle and operate in Linyi.
Integrated foreign-related administrative services lift the city's opening-up level. Linyi will continue optimizing cross-border service processes to build a more business-friendly environment for global investors.
