Since the campaign to improve cadres’work style and capacity was launched, Linshu County has shifted its passive service mode to proactive on-site assistance to resolve enterprises’pain points in safeguarding core commercial secrets. Local SMEs long faced troubles such as hard evidence collection and prolonged litigation when their technical data and client lists were infringed.

Market supervision, court, procuratorate and public security departments jointly held a coordination meeting to unblock law-enforcement and judicial connection channels. Staff visited factories to revise confidentiality contracts and offer free guidance on internal risk control. The county also signed cross-regional cooperation agreements with Ganyu District in Jiangsu Province to unify law enforcement standards across Shandong and Jiangsu borders, holding joint training and regular inspections to break regional market barriers.

The integrated protection mechanism removes cross-border operational burdens for border enterprises, safeguards independent innovation achievements, and sets a replicable example for optimizing the business environment in border counties of Shandong province.
