Rescue teams from Yinan rush to flood-hit Guangxi

The Sunshine Rescue Team from Yinan County dispatched 12 professional rescuers to flood-stricken areas in Guangxi on July 9. The team carried about 3 tons of urban search, first-aid and daily living supplies for disaster relief work.

Upon arrival, the team will cooperate with local emergency departments to carry out trapped resident transfer, hazard elimination and medical support operations. The volunteer rescue force from Linyi reflects the mutual-aid spirit across regions in major disasters.

The voluntary rescue action demonstrates the sense of social responsibility of grassroots emergency teams in Yimeng area, and showcases the positive spiritual outlook of Linyi citizens.
