Luozhuang optimizes residential community refined governance

Qinghe Community in Shengzhuang Subdistrict, Luozhuang District carries out refined grid governance to resolve long-standing residential community management problems. The community divides 12 basic grids and 35 micro grids, setting online and offline channels to collect residents’ demands in real time.

Four teams including village cadres, police and legal advisers are integrated for joint mediation. Multiple volunteer brands with 2,000 participants are built, carrying out more than 170 public welfare activities such as free medical treatment and legal lectures in two years. Mechanisms of residents’council and multi-party mediation realize early disposal of hidden conflicts.

The transformation from disorder to harmonious neighborhoods improves residents’sense of gain. The three-in-one governance model of autonomy, rule of law and morality offers a reference for urban community management across Linyi.
