The Economic and Trade Dialogue with Diplomatic Envoys of African Countries to China opened in Linyi on July 10. Diplomatic representatives from Gabon, Malawi, Cameroon, Senegal and other African nations attended the event, and held in-depth exchanges with local government officials and manufacturing enterprise representatives.
Linyi owns complete industrial supporting chains, mature cross-border logistics systems and large-scale live-streaming e-commerce clusters. Relying on the city's commercial advantages, the dialogue arranges enterprise matching meetings and field visits to Linyi Trade City and Lingong Group, creating direct docking channels between local manufacturers and African markets. African envoys expressed willingness to build long-term cooperation bridges to introduce high-quality Linyi products to African consumers and infrastructure projects.
This themed dialogue advances pragmatic bilateral cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative. It expands Linyi's overseas trade layout, strengthens two-way economic and trade exchanges between Shandong and Africa, and fuels the global development of local manufacturing brands.
