The Linyi administrative approval service bureau has provided full-cycle support to accelerate key industrial projects, with 172 of 199 provincial and municipal key industry chain projects completing construction permit procedures — 86.43 percent of the total.
To strengthen its service teams, the bureau assigned a deputy county-level official, a service team and a liaison officer to each project, matching personnel to industry chain needs and providing full-cycle assistance. Teams have visited 13 industry chain task forces and 22 industry chain projects to resolve problems on site.
On service measures, the bureau focused on the new energy commercial vehicle chain, compiling a list of approval items and a flow chart, and jointly issuing measures with the municipal transport bureau and five other departments to further optimize approval procedures for heavy truck charging facilities in the city. Ten measures were introduced to support earlier construction and use of charging facility projects.
For follow-through, the bureau uses the Yimeng Hongtou project digital platform to track progress on key industry chain projects in real time. Around key stages including project initiation, land use, planning and construction, it regularly provides advance policy guidance and on-site surveys.
